A Child is Missing (ACIM) ECN is proud to provide CodeRed technology to ACIM, a Fort Lauderdale-based non-profit organization founded in 1996. ACIM provides free alert calls for law enforcement agencies across the county exclusively for the purpose of finding missing persons. ACIM was created because no community-based organization existed for locating missing children, the disabled and elderly during the crucial first hours of disappearance. Activated only by law enforcement, the ACIM program now serves the entire country.
